MYRON I. MURDOCK, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a university trained urologist and a nationally recognized expert in the fields of sexual dysfunction and incontinence, male and female. He graduated from Boston University with a B.A. in Biology, and graduated with an M.D. from the George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. From 1968 to 1970 he completed an internship and was a general surgery resident at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. Dr. Murdock then served in the military as a general surgeon and urologist. In 1975 he completed his residency in urology at Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts.
Dr. Murdock received Board Certification in Urology in 1977, is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a member of the American Urological Association, its Middle Atlantic division, and the Washington Urologic Society. He is a founding member of the Sexual Medicine Society of North America and the Impotence Institute of North America. He has been involved in clinical research in urology for 30 years and is a founding member of the Urologic Governing Board of Affiliated Research Centers of America. In 2003 he served as President of the Prince George’s County, Maryland Medical Society. Dr. Murdock is the founder of hisandherhealth.com, an award winning medical website, and has appeared often in the media, including Fox television, CNN, CSPAN, National Public Radio, and the National Press Club.
